I work with different teams, including designers, backend developers, and testers, in my job as a.NET Angular Fullstack Developer. I try to talk openly, share ideas, and help team members to solve problems. For instance, in our last project, I pointed out a problem in the development process and suggested implementing an automated solution. It resulted in making our work better with the help of everyone focused on their main tasks.
